  • All flowers, bouquets, and arrangements are described as accurately as possible. 

  • Images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly due to seasonality and availability. 

  • Prices are clearly displayed in AED and include VAT.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. 

  • We accept secure online payments via approved payment gateways or online bank transfer (after the amount is been shown in the account)

  • Customers will receive an electronic invoice including order details, price, and company information.

Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across UAE (Main City) Dubai, Ajman, Abu Dhabhi, Ras-ul-Khaima, Umm-ul-Quwain, Fujairah, Al Ain

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10 am. 

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. 

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • Returns are not accepted once delivered, except in the case of: 

    • Damaged items 

    • Incorrect orders 

    • Poor quality upon delivery 

  • Complaints must be reported within 4 hours with photo evidence. 

  • If valid, we will offer: 

    • Replacement

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before preparation or dispatch. 

  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed

  • If cancelling a day before will not be cancelled.
